I have a BFA from Arizona State University; been involved in many different forms of art but have focused primarily on animal portraits for the past 3 years. I have shown in galleries in Scottsdale, Arizona and Park City, Utah.
Animals have been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember. My paintings are an extension of this passion. It is as though I am having a conversation with my subjects; and as the paintings evolve I feel as if we are actually talking. I feel their personalities emerging, whether I have met them or not.
I live and paint at home in Park City with 3 cats, 2 dogs and 1 very understanding husband.
